If the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) rejects your claim, they will usually tell you why in a letter.
Let , Gary Naylor look at the letter for you to see if we agree with their rejection - and if we believe that your claim has been wrongly rejected. We have won many cases after they had been initially rejected.

We have extensive experience of challenging on behalf of clients who have been rejected by the FSCS
For example, we have successfully requested compensation amount recalculations; we have won a number of previously rejected and closed cases, and we are expert at assembling the evidence the FSCS needs to see.

"Good morning Ken. Having received my original award , I never thought that it would be possible to achieve a further payment but that's where your expertise comes to play and it makes you wonder how many others accept an award without challenge.
