The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has to date (08/02/2018) paid out on 120 claims brought by clients advised by Henderson Carter Associates.

Quoted in FT Adviser on 8th February 2018, the FCA stated that it had "concerns" over Henderson Carter's relationship with introducer firms Holistic Wealth Management, City Administration Ltd, & Hennesy Jones Ltd.
